Please note that this form is intended for use by customers who feel that their gambling has become a problem for them and wish to take a break.
If you would like to cancel your tickets, please follow this process; if you would like to close your lottery account completely, please contact support at [email protected].
Complete the form below if you feel you need to take a break and exclude yourself from SeaMoor Lotto.
If you choose to self-exclude:
- Your account will be closed and you will not be able to login or have your account reactivated during your chosen self-exclusion period
- You will stop receiving any marketing communications from SeaMoor Lotto
- Your tickets in any upcoming draws will be cancelled and refunded
You will be able to unlock your account after your chosen self-exclusion period has ended. To have your account unlocked once your self-exclusion period has ended, please contact our Customer Support Team. There will be a 24 hour cooling off period before you are able to access your account and purchase tickets again.
Please be aware that you will only be excluded from SeaMoor Lotto. If you have any accounts on other lottery websites operated by Gatherwell, you will need to also self-exclude through those websites.
